For eight years from 2008 to 2015, my wife and I opened a small cafe called "cafe COMO" in the space next to the Tsukuba office of Yoshi Design.
The closed former cafe space is being rented out as a rental space.
It can be used for various purposes such as meetings, classrooms, events, exhibitions, and shooting locations.
